Eva (pronounced “Ava”) Stromgren is an Associate Attorney at Narins Defense, PA, representing clients facing criminal charges across Minnesota. She is committed to client-centered advocacy, approaching every case with empathy, clear communication, and a focus on reducing the stress of the legal process.
A lifelong Minnesotan, Eva earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she received a three-year Dean’s Scholarship and developed strong interests in criminal law, mental health, and juvenile defense. She brings valuable experience from the First Judicial District Public Defender’s Office in Dakota County and from Legal Assistance of Dakota County, where she assisted clients with harassment restraining orders and orders for protection.
Eva previously graduated Magna Cum Laude from Macalester College with a major in Geography, a minor in Political Science, and a concentration in Human Rights. Her work supporting immigration legal services and community organizations strengthened her commitment to person-centered representation.
Outside the office, Eva enjoys women’s sports—especially soccer—along with baking, running, and spending time outdoors.
